Offerings

A gentle invitation to make space for yourself.

Finding time for yourself can feel impossible when you’re in the middle of Important Things — raising little humans, navigating illness or recovery, moving through big transitions, caring deeply for others, or simply trying to keep up with life. Sometimes, it feels like you need permission to focus on you — to prioritise your own wellbeing.

So consider this your permission.

Creativity and reflection help me feel more grounded, present, and more myself — especially when life is messy or full. These offerings are shaped by that ongoing journey. They’re lovingly designed spaces where you can breathe, create, and reconnect with what matters most to you.

If you’re curious about how creativity can gently transform your life, I’d love to share this beautiful free e‑book by artist Malini Parker: 5 Ways Using Your Creativity Might Just Save Your Life. It was one of the sparks that helped light my way — and I hope it lights yours too.

Creative Sanctuary

A gentle space to come as you are and make something — anything. Bring your own creative project, or borrow materials and follow the spark of curiosity. There’s no pressure to produce, just permission to play, rest, and be.

Perfect for when your soul is craving colour, quiet company, and a little time that’s just for you.

The Mothershift Circle

If you’ve ever wondered if you’re getting this motherhood thing wrong… you’re not alone.

This is a space for the mothers in the middle of it — whether your babies are in your arms, at school, or grown — who are feeling the profound shifts in identity, relationships, and self that come with matrescence. Here, you’ll meet women whose lives may look very different to yours, but who are navigating the same deep change.

We gather to share our stories, honour our grief and joys, and reconnect with the parts of ourselves that motherhood didn’t erase — it transformed. Together, we’ll explore the intuition, wisdom, and quiet powers that this transition awakens.

I found this passage into motherhood far harder than I ever imagined. Reading Mothershift by Jessie Harrold — and learning from her way of naming and honouring this experience — has been profoundly empowering. It’s a gift I want to share with you.
[A blog post about my own Mothershift journey will be coming soon.]

Making Space

A spacious, soul-soaked retreat for artists, dreamers, and seekers who want to reconnect with their creative selves. This offering is still unfolding, but the vision is clear:
Time away. Time together. Time to remember who you are when the noise quiets down.
